Make your community safer

Hampshire Police and Crime Commissioner, Donna Jones, is running a community safety consultation.

Donna previously introduced the Local Bobby scheme. This meant every community received a named local police officer, helping to cut crime and provide a recognisable police presence.

Now, Donna wants to create more local bobbies over the next year. And she wants to know the communities that need them most.

So, if your area would benefit from a second named police officer, nominate your community using the form on this website.

Donna Jones:
‘Let’s make our county the safest in Britain’

By working together with local police and residents, we've managed to fund an extra 851 police officers and cut crime by 11%. But with difficult national trends, I want to make sure crime continues to fall in Hampshire. That's why I would like to bring more local bobbies to Hampshire.

If your community needs an extra named police officer, please let me know by filling in the nomination form on this website.

Together we can make Hampshire the safest county in Britain.
